💻 Digital Product Returns & FAQ

Thank you for choosing our digital designs! We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience using our files. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot issue returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if there’s an issue with your file—such as a corrupted download, missing elements, or technical error—we’re happy to help resolve it.

🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All sales are considered final once your download is complete. This is standard for digital goods since access to the files cannot be revoked.

That said, if you run into any problems with your file (e.g., missing layers, unreadable formats), please email us at mrtiptopper@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • A screenshot, if applicable

We’ll gladly review the issue and send a corrected version or offer support to resolve it quickly.

❌ CANCELLATIONS

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, we do not accept cancellations after purchase. Please double-check your cart before completing your order.

⚠️ FILE ISSUES OR DOWNLOAD TROUBLE

If your file won’t open, appears corrupted, or is missing elements:

  • Ensure you're using compatible software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Glowforge app, Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio).

  • Try re-downloading the file from your order confirmation page or email.

  • Still having trouble? Email us at mrtiptopper@gmail.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

💸 DONATIONS, TIPS & LOCKED MESSAGES

Donations and tips are non-refundable.
Locked messages are also non-refundable once purchased.
If you're unable to access a locked message after purchase, please reach out—we’ll help resolve any access issues.
